1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are processed and dispatched from our primary fulfillment center located at:
20 Ballindrait Drive, Flat Bush, Auckland 2019, New Zealand.

We operate during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

  • Standard Items: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
  • High-Volume Periods: During major sales events (e.g., Black Friday or season launches), processing may take up to 4 business days.
  • Custom Orders: Any specialized equipment requiring customization will have specific lead times indicated on the product page.

3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES (NEW ZEALAND)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

A. North Island (Standard)

  • Auckland Local: 1–2 business days.
  • Rest of North Island: 2–3 business days.

B. South Island (Standard)

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days.

C. Rural Delivery (RD Addresses)

  • Additional Time: Please allow an extra 2–3 business days for deliveries to rural addresses.
  • Surcharges: Rural deliveries incur a surcharge, which will be calculated at checkout based on your postcode.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping for lightweight sports apparel and accessories to select countries.

  • Oversized Restrictions: Please note that heavy or oversized equipment (e.g., weight benches, basketball hoops) cannot be shipped internationally via our standard web checkout. For bulk international inquiries, please contact us at labyrinthine@premiersportsequipment.com.
  • Customs & Duties: PREMIER SPORTS EQUIPMENT LIMITED is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

5. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. DELIVERY OF OVERSIZED & HEAVY EQUIPMENT

For large equipment orders (over 30kg or exceeding standard dimensions):

  • We may use specialized freight carriers instead of standard couriers.
  • The carrier may contact you via +64 211842242 or your provided number to coordinate a delivery window.
  • Tailgate Service: If your delivery location does not have a loading dock, a tailgate service fee may apply for heavy machinery.

7. DELIVERY ADDRESS & SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

  • No P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Private Bags. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.
  • Signature Required: For high-value sports equipment, we default to “Signature Required” to ensure safe arrival. If you provide “Authority to Leave” (ATL) to the courier, our company is not liable for any lost or stolen packages.

8. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your equipment arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours at labyrinthine@premiersportsequipment.com with clear photos of the packaging and the product.
  • Non-Delivery: If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

9. CANCELLATIONS AFTER DISPATCH

Once an order has been picked and packed for shipment, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to receive the items, you must follow our Refund and Returns Policy, which requires the physical return of the goods to our Auckland address at your own expense.
