1. THE MANDATORY “PHYSICAL RETURN” RULE

Under no circumstances will a “Refund Only” (refunding money while the customer retains the product) be authorized. To be eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange, the item must be physically returned to our facility in Auckland for a formal technical inspection. 2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY WINDOW
- Standard Products: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
- Condition Requirement: To qualify for a return, the item must be in original, brand-new, and resalable condition. This means:

5. SHIPPING COSTS
